General Tour Information

Tours will depart from the hotel main door at
the times posted below. Please be present at the
departure area fifteen (15) minutes before the
scheduled departure time. Tours leave promptly
at the listed times and will not wait for latecom-
ers.

A tour may require a change or cancellation at
any time due to circumstances beyond the con-
trol of the convention committee. Check with
the registration desk before tour departure time
for any updates to the tour schedule.

All tour participants must have a valid tour ticket
and must wear a valid 2017 Pan-American name
badge at all times. Your ticket may be inspected
more than once so please have them quickly
available to not hold up the line.

Plan on wearing appropriate clothing and shoes
to fit the nature of the tour. Some tour hosts can
and will refuse admittance to anyone not meet-
ing clothing restrictions. Some of the tours will
be conducted in an industrial setting. All tour
participants should keep in mind that we are
guests and that any industrial setting can be dan-
gerous if safety practices are not followed. Con-
duct yourself accordingly.

Your hosts can limit the use of photo, video, or
other recording devices at their discretion.

If the convention committee cancels a tour, a
full refund will be provided after the close of the
convention. No refunds will be given once the
tour leaves the hotel. Tickets may be exchanged
by bringing them to the registration desk before
the tour begins. If the ticket can not be resold,
there will not be a refund.

Be sure to stay with your tour group as wander-
ers may be stranded or removed from tour and
returned to the tour vehicle.
