Operating Sessions

All Operating Sessions are scheduled for 7:00
PM to 10:00 PM Thursday night. There is a
mandatory crew call at 4:30 PM Thursday after-
noon before the sessions. Crew call will be in the
Cochran Room, in the same area as the conven-
tion layouts behind the registration desk. Each
participant is responsible for their own transpor-
tation to the layouts, although opportunities for
ride-sharing may be available at the crew call.
Maps and directions will be provided at the crew
call. Slots for each session are assigned on a first-
come first-served basis. If you didn’t sign up for
a session, but you’d like to attend, check at regis-
tration — there might be a slot waiting for you!

Membership in the NMRA and registration for
the convention is required to attend any of the
operating sessions.
