Registration Desk

The registration desk is on the third floor of the
Rivue Tower in the Galt House, just outside the
Ballroom. Check in with the registration desk if
you want to add a tour or other paid activity to
your fare during the convention. Hours of oper-
ation for the Registration Desk are:

Thursday 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Friday 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday closed

Hospitality Room

The Hospitality Room is in Room 300 of the
Rivue Tower in the Galt House -- near the clinic
rooms. We’ll have plenty of refreshments,
games, and room for visiting.

Hours of operation are the same as the Registra-
tion Desk.

Banquet

Our Saturday evening banquet dinner will be in
the Archibald Ballroom on the third floor of the
Rivue Tower of the Galt House. Cost for the
dinner is $45 per person including tax and tip.
Happy hour at a dedicated cash bar for us begins
at 5:30 PM and dinner begins at 6:30 PM.

Dinner includes a Galt House Salad consisting
of an assortment of fresh greens, vegetables, and
tomatoes served with the Galt House homemade
fat free French dressing. When purchasing your
banquet ticket with the registration desk, you will
have a choice of these three (3) entrees:

1. Pan-Fried Chicken, hand battered
boneless breast served with white cheddar
mashed potatoes and country gravy.

2. Herb seasoned fresh Pan Seared At-
lantic Salmon fillet drizzled with balsamic glaze
and topped with crispy onion straws.

3. A vegetarian option.

er Tony Koester is the featured speaker.
